TheCoils with customized design which aimed to achieve consistent quality with the outstanding endowment of coil winding machines which are being interfaced with microprocessor controlled computer.


Coil assembly are being completed in respective of their housing based on its AC/DC application and those are thoroughly tested before casting. In case of specific requirements of the customer, coils are impregnated by varnish/resin and then casting performed by using various insulating materials and techniques. For achieving outstanding performance, the various process like impregnation, encapsulation, DMC transfer molding, and plastic injection molding are to be followed.
